To be honest, my PC is worse than all of the builds that you mentioned and I run GTA5 with LSPDFR and other mods on Medium-High Graphics.

If you want it, you could go for it. I would consider price as well.

These should keep you busy but I'm sure others will add there own must have's!

Remember, do not rush and always look at the requirements for each plugin!

And always, always use a mods folder 😄

Any more questions just let us know!

I believe for Bejoijo's plugins just drag and drop them into GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR - make sure to check out the ini files - settings that can be changed!

Callouts are always in GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR and standalone plugins (they will be labelled like this in the description) are just in GTAV/plugins - this is usually the case but always check the read me's in the installation files

To install vehicles and ELS I would check out this videohttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmRgyWc1tEw - very thorough and despite being for 0.4.3 still works for 0.4.8 However when installing vehicles do them in Patchday 22

And how could I forget - install OPENIV to edit game files like vehicles, sirens, uniforms etc...

Visual mods should come with a read me too.

Install these (often requirments for various plugins):

Thanks my friend.  Also what is the difference with ELS and non ELS vehicles.  And I have seen people sync their game time and weather to real life but how?

R. E. Everetts

So to sync weather you need some type trainer which gives you all sorts of functions. I use this: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

ELS vehicles make up most vehicles and it gives you control over specific lighting - such as stages.

Non ELS doesn't do this BUT a new plugin has been released to give them the same functionality (look at the essential mods section on this website)

Overall ELS vehicles are more widely used and more vehicles are available so I'd suggest them!

Non-ELS vehicles are more commonly FiveM ready so they don't work the best in singleplayer, however lore vehicle mods are usually made for singleplayer.
Ultimately its all down to preference but I use lore models with DLS as it is much lighter on performance, however I am waiting for support for them before actually having stages, I still have it as a siren controller.
I would actually recommend both for people using real life car models so a wider variety of content is available but only if you are willing to create your own configuration files for DLS.
Just something to look into if you're interested

Also keep in mind ELS vehicles are easier to handle, but the lighting doesn't break and it doesn't move when the vehicle deforms.

For a lot of different vehicle recommendations  ELS and non-ELS look here
