Hello, so I'm new to the mod I'm a huge fan of the military I support everyone that gives there lives and years of service for there country anyways I'm also a huge fan of Arma 3 and I've seen ppl on YouTube do "military patrols" not just like MP but like Army combat missions or navy seals or marines stuff like that and I'm wondering how to set that up and what mods I need since there's so few ppl that give you a list or do tutorials for there series.

Well, this is a police mod. Not an army mod.

You can install military uniforms and vehicles and have military callouts. But I have to warn you they might be out of date.

Also, 'military patrols' aren't realistic. You don't see National Guard patrolling the streets.

Jeffdadawg your first post did help a bit, ik it's a police mod but like I'm trying to say I'm basically trying to make GTA 5 like Arma I'm just fascinated by the videos I've seen and that's where I get confused as to how they turn a police mod into a military mod and idfk why they refer to there series as military patrol as it's a stupid name anyway but anyways is there any military mods ppl can recommend and also how would I even get military callouts what agency would I have to join.

As for agencies, you could select any agency. It doesn't matter and won't affect any options in-game whatsoever.

They don't 'turn' it into a military mod. It's just that they install addons to the mod to transform it into a military mod.

If you want to take the risk, there are some outdated stuff for military patrols out there. I've heard @YobB1n was making something of the sort but not sure yet.

You could have a look on this site or gta5mods.com and see if anything matches your desires.
