Nope.  Upload your RagePluginHook.log (text file) from your GTA main directory.

i tried that but that did not work and my rage dose not work when i try to become a police officer and my cop cars also glitch out and i dont know why can you please help me with my problems and the last thing my when i try to pull outv my tazer or gun it always desponds and i don't know why can u pls help me with

I cannot help you without your Rage log.

Okay lets slow down. First of all as you seem to be able to load LSPDFR you must have a log. It is a text document called "RagePluginHook" in your main directory. Just drag it and drop!

yes i have that that and it works fine but it wont let me load my police uniforms and the thing to go on duty

You need to upload your RPH log before anyone can do anything

I believe this issue is caused by StopThePed. Go into the ini file and disable the realistic weapon system

Why, you've got a fleet of Tech Supporters here asking for your RPH log but you seem to navigate away from that topic every time.

I'm going to join in now and ask you this: Please upload your RagePluginHook.log 

It is a note file in your GTA directory. Use the 'choose files' option like Rich said. I can't read a small picture even with my glasses.
