I was looking at the log myself and it looks like all of the crashes are due to sheriff ambient spawns, is there a way to disable ambient spawns to fix it?

The purpose of spawning the sheriff car yourself was to check if that car was causing the crash.  Since it didn't crash when you spawned it manually, I don't think it's the problem.  It spawning ambiently shouldn't make a difference either.

Just to see if this is a massive coincidence could you go into that spot and provide another log of the crash?

I did it on foot, same issue. before I was in a car.

If your talking about the peds, if I teleport to the SSPD then there there drinking coffee or on the phone. No issues with them.

Looking at your windows version could you update it - I think there may be one available

 

I am aware old windows versions may conflict with LSPDFR

Oh, I do need to update. I had no idea. I'll go ahead and update right now and see if the crash happens when I drive past there.

Not too sure if this will be the fix but rather not leave a stone unturned. Heading offline but best of luck!

I can't imagine a Windows update would cause a crash at a specific location in GTA.

 

To summarize what we know, is the following correct?:

 

1.  This crash does not happen in normal GTA (launching without Rage)
2.  This crash does not happen with just Rage (launching with Rage, no plugins loaded)

3.  This crash does happen with LSPDFR loaded.

Sorry about the late responce, This crash does not happen when launching without rage.
This crash does happen when launching rage without LSPDFR loaded.

This crash does happen with LSPDFR and RPH loaded. 

So it crashes with having anything to do with rage launched.

Very strange.  Can you upload a log from you crashing there playing with Rage and no other plugins loaded?  The ambient sheriff spawn shouldn't be happening in that case.

LSPDFR is loaded in that log.

I unloaded it before I went to the place where it crashed, Does that still effect it?

Do this in your Rage settings and try again

When I did that it still crashed.RagePluginHook.log
