If I open rage to launch the game it brings me to a black screen then crashes, so I have to open the game while it shows the flashing police lights, then alt-tab to open rage.

How far into the game do you get before it crashes when you do the alt-tab launch?

If you meant what I think you meant, I open the game and when I see the red/blue flashing intro lights along with the rockstar logo. Then I alt tab to open up rage and it hooks to the game.

If needed I can upload a clip of what I do in order to open the game with RPH.

Right, but after you open Rage and it hooks the game, when does the game crash?  Immediately?  Do you make it into the game world?  Are you able to drive to the problem location before it crashes?

In the first post I made regarding this, if I drive near that red dot the game crashes, I can drive around anywhere else on the map but there.

Sorry, If I drive near the dot I put on the map in the first post it crashes.

I understand the original problem.  Your most recent log looks similar to other logs where games crash on startup.  The Rage log doesn't tell me when the crash happens, so I'm confirming when exactly the game crashed now that you're launching Rage with no plugins loaded.

So in the last log you uploaded, is this what happened?:

You launched the game. 
You got to the flashing lights intro. 
You alt tabbed and launched Rage. 
You spawned in the game world. 
You drove to the problem location.
The game crashed.

Yes, Thats exactly what happened.

I know this all probably seems repetitive, but I just want to be sure we isolate the problem as much as possible.  Can you disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods, then launch the game with Rage (no plugins loaded), and go back to the problem location?

I don't have a mods folder, Like I said before its a fresh brand new install of GTAV.

Verify your game files, then try going to the problem spot again.

Sorry it took so long, but I verified my game files and going to the spot still crashes my game.

Well, I'm lost.

Well, I started having issue after I turned off my computer to go to sleep, woke up the next day and started having this issue. At some point I hope it fixes itself but if not who knows.

And if not, Hopefully I can figure it out or have someone else help me out to fix it.

I ended up installing everything back into a mods folder along with all my LSPDFR plugins, it seems like now if I drive past the spot coming out of sandy it wont crash, but only if I go into sandy from that spot, some strange things are going on with RPH.

I have never been more confused. What do you mean installed everything back in a mods folder along with the LSPDFR plugins? They shouldn't be in there....

I decided im just going to keep playing and stay away from that spot right now, I made sure I can take everything out easily though.

It seems like currently no one has any idea what it could be, so unless someone thinks they have a fix I can remove the files I put in and see if it fixes it.
