The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    First of all, delete SmartRadio. The 'initializing Social Club' is normal, just wait it out a bit then the game will load. Once the game loads, you can launch Rage.
