Hellllllo everyone, my realistic-as-fuk ego is unsatisfied. So, I'm using "Dispatch of Variety" emergency vehicles pack. It includes a LSSD Transporter, BUT when I requested transport (of course, with UB), there was a LSPD Transporter. 

I want to make LSSD Transporter arrive while I'm at LSSD territory. I investigated UB .xml files some time ago, there were areas names. Will I need to use those?

Hiya! This should do it:

1. Go into the UB default regions .xml file
2. Around line 825 there is a line which says "<PoliceTransport>" 
3. For each region i.e. <LosSantosCity> you would go down to vehicles
4. For me it looks something like this:                                             

                    <Vehicle chance="70">POLICET</Vehicle>
                    <Vehicle chance="10">POLICE</Vehicle>
                    <Vehicle chance="10">POLICE2</Vehicle>
                    <Vehicle chance="10">POLICE3</Vehicle>

       5. Check which Slot your Police Transporter is in and have that as the only "chance" vehicle (so you would have to remove POLICE 2, POLICE 3 etc...
