The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    im going to start trouble shooting a bit more myself, hopefully i can work it out on my own

    apparently nothing is wrong, one by one i tested it with each folder (mods, plugins, scripts) and it is working now. sorry for wasting your guy's time, thanks for helping
