The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Should there be any files other than the lspdfr folder present in the plugins folder? I'm having incredible difficulty getting any plugins to work even while following this thread.

      I don't know of a menu for callouts other than callout manager and I see that you don't have that. So what menu are you talking about?

    There should be:

    Your 2 LSPD First Response Files

    A LSPDFR folder (where you install LSPDFR plugins.)
