ELS Lights Don't Work

Help.  My ELS Lights don't work.  When I press J 3 times, the wig-wag lights come on along with normal siren tones when pressing the corresponding keys.  The light bar and other Emergency Lights on the cars do not turn on as they normally do when I press J 3 times.  I just updated by GTA V launcher to the latest version.

 

I have reinstalled the following

asi loader

ELS (software)

 

 

Any ideas for a solution?

    It sounds like you have forgotten to install the vehicle VCF files. No need to worry as there is a simple fix! When you open up a car pack, if the slot you are installing them to is named police2, then you need to install police2.xml and so forth (should be located inside the author's folder) to the following route: Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default

    Well, do this in the following order:

    Open OpenIV

    Uninstall the ASI loader

    Close OpenIV

    Open OpenIV again

    Install the ASI loaders

    Close OpenIV

    Restart the computer
