Do you have addon cars installed? If so download these:

Even after doing all of this it does not work , i have also tried running gta 5 without rage , but still crashes still error

Open your RAGE settings by holding shift while opening rage

Still does not work , Its just when i open gta it crashes instant before hitting the loading screen, gta or rage does the same thing

Well if it's a problem with the game that's more complicated.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the game runs
