The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So there is a probleme , i am not sure if its LSPDFR or anything else! Can Someone explain what the heck is the issue in this, i think its because i changed a file i should not have done but here is the pastebin :

    If you think you changed a file you shouldn't have, verify your game cache
