Looking in this log I noticed assorted callouts is loading, remove that, it is outdated.
Callout Manager is also out of date, and replaced by vanilla LSPDFR functions.

so wdym with callout manager is replaced with the vanilla functions?

 

You have the plugin callout manager according to the log, this is not needed because you can force any callout you want in the pause menu under the lspdfr tab.

but i want to play the callouts where i like know i will have the most fun time with it and dont press enter 10 times to get a callout i want

Like I said, you can force any callout you want in the pause menu, not a random one.

Yes, removing the plugin and the callout pack I recommended you remove should fix your problem, if it doesn't post another log.

i still have one question and that is if i want to make interior callouts like in red callouts thexy dont work? anyway to fix that?

so i have gotten some fps drops before i had constant 60 fps now i only hve like 40 and my game crashed and it said game memory error and breakpoint reached

with interior callouts i mean if i want to start a callout that is interior it doesnt work from red callouts
