The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Game crashes, freezes or gets stuck loading every time I launch

Featured Replies

I played GTA V with only LSPDFR yesterday and it worked. I've now installed cars, guns, gun sounds a couple other things and my game either freezes , crashes or just continuously loads. I've been looking through the RPH logs but I don't understand half of it. I thought I fixed the problem but I may have just fixed a problem. It always crashes or freezes or whatever on "LSPD First Response: [TRACE] Thread CopManager #1 initialized"

The log is attached.

Can you open the game without RAGE?

I just tried that but it didn't work.
I also can't launch RDR2 with rage but they seem to be quite different and I can't launch GTA V without rage so I'm assuming it's not a rage problem.

Hmm... it might be a Rockstar issue considering RDR2 isn't loading as well.

Rename your mods folder to _mods then try

Yeah I saw that somewhere else and tried but still didn't work.

I'm connected to the internet but I moved a couple weeks ago and it's been a bit dodgy so idk.

Would it be worth it to just remove all mods and start over?

Considering that even RDR2 isn't even working well, I don't recommend it.

Have you done anything to the anything to the main directory recently? Maybe edited some files?

Verify your game cache. See if that works.

I removed all mods and verified game file integrity on the rockstar launcher and it's working fine now(with LSPDFR reinstalled).
