There are multiple ways of taking screenshots.

I can open it just fine.

Well, I'll tell you.

You can press the PrtScn button. This copies the image onto your clipboard.

To screenshot a specific area, press the Windows key+Shift+S

You can press the PrtScn+Windows Key to save the screenshot as an image.

Ok then.

Since you have Windows, I'm pretty sure there is a Screen Snip feature in the Notifications tab on the bottom right. You can use that.

with both it goes wrong with lspdfr and the campaign and it's every time that I get out of the vehicle

when I put my second comment I started to reinstall it and nothing 

I think the problem is rage plugin since only rage crashes and gta 5 doesn't
