The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When i load into LSPDFR, i get my LSPDFR character of course, but i want to play with my Story Mode characters as well to play some Story Mode while Off Duty. How can i do that?

    Just load into GTA without RAGE.

    Also, If you want to go on duty then off duty into story mode, type UnloadPlugin LSPDFirstResponse.dll into the RAGE console
