The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The thing you need to focus on is not the crash report. It's the RagePluginHook.log

It's pretty easy to read. After all, it uses English.
