Hey, I have multiple mods, and would like to replace Sheriff, Hwy. Patrol, LSPD, also I am thinking of getting mods for NOOSE & SWAT.

Put all your vehicles in patchday 22.

Just drag and drop the files in the designated area.

Also, how do I know whether the vehicle would go in a specific jurisdiction, because I know that some vehicles like SWAT/NOOSE & FIB are different but their logo/name would be different. Like "Los Santos SWAT", or "Blaine County SWAT".

look in the agency.xml located in lspdfr>data. That should tell you every vehicle slot that is used for emergency services.
