When I install any plugin(in plugin/lspdfr) , LSPDFR wont load up, it wont crash or anything like that, but it just puts me in standard single player. I dont have anything other installed except Redux, script hook, open camera, and one ad-on car(not lspdfr, just a standart ad-on)menyoo.

To be honest i didn't understand your problem. In the sense that it is obvious that the game starts in singleplayer if you open the game with Ragepluginhook, because Ragepluginhook itself prevents the online game from starting, because in this case if you would be caught online with non-original game files you would risk the ban.

lspdfr doesnt start with singleplayer, its just completely vannila, as if i lspdf wasnt installed

Can you post your RagePluginHook.log as this will hopefully help someone see what is going on. 

 

It is located in the GTA install folder with your RagePluginHook.exe file

I cannot see LSPDFR being loaded by Rage Plugin Hook. If you start Rage Plugin Hook holding down the shift key as it starts you should get to the settings pages again, where on the plugins tab you can select "Load all plugins" or "Load these plugins"

 

Then click Save and Launch. 

 

Alternatively, you can load LSPDFR once in by pressing F4  and in the console typing "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response"

yeah i changed it to load all, but still nothing. And when i go on the page to select only certain plugins, it doesn't show any.

Edit: i move the LSPD First Response.dll/pdb to the standard plugins folder( not the lspdfr one) and now it loads lspdfr, but not the plugins.

Edit 2: yeah so basically after that I reset my story mode progress/all grapich/sens/everything setting  and now it load all of the plugins, on problem.
