Storage Point for Download of LSPDFR?

When you download LSPDFR, do you already need a storage point in GTA 5 or does it not matter?

what do you mean by 'storage point'? Do you mean download location?

You download it in your GTA folder

Ohhhh.

 

You have to complete the start mission which is the robbery in North Yankton. Once that's done, you complete the race with Lamar and get away from the cops, once you can freemode with Franklin, you can actually play the game with LSPDFR
