I did what everyone suggested I even had to rewatch the video and readded the vehicles back in, but why am I still unable to spawn addon vehicles in? I hope uploading the Rage Plugin Hook will help figure out this issue because I am completely lost...

What Trainer are you using to spawn them in?

I just use the SpawnandWarp command in the Rage Plugin Hook menu since I thought it would be a bit easier

Download this gameconfig for addon vehicleshttps://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars and download these:

https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap

https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/packfile-limit-adjuster

This is required for addon vehicles 

 

Press F3 to open it in game

press Spawn Vehicles

Go down to added vehicles menu

Then select your vehicle
