The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I recommend to remove all the Albo1125's plugins, because they are obsolete and they will be never update in the future and remove also CalloutManager, Code 3 Callouts, CodeRedCallouts, CrazyCallouts, HighPriority, Interaction+, APIExample, OJCallouts, OJScenarios, PeterUCallouts, tacco_highway_callouts and to update ForceACallout to 1.6.1.4, redCallouts to 1.2.0.0, UnitedCallouts to 1.5.7.0.

 

I know... but you have a lot of plugins that are updated to the LSPDFR 0.3 API and this will cause a lot of problems with compatibility, stability, ...
