Try to restart your pc and make an exception of the game from your antivirus. Check if your pc haven't installed some antivirus "automatically", because they are virus and will create problem in the system. If the problem persist disable also Windows Defender

But whats that? 😄 Command line option "disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen" is specified twice. Please remove one.

Yes in this case it must be removed everything inside the commndline (.txt)

Ok so now i want recommend to clean your GTA 5 folder and if you didn't resolve it try also to disable Games Overlay from Nvidia Geforce Experience

Update LSPDFR to 0.4.7 (Build 7529) manually and set your Timeout Threesold to 60000 (ms)
