Please try increasing your plugin timeout threshold to 60000

 

This can be done in Rage settings 

I increased the plugin timeout threshold put it didn't work

Sorry to ask again but another log would be great - it helps rooting down the issue

I tried once to reload the plugin and it worked but it maked the game crash. I tried on another game but now it doesn't works

Please add your GTA 5 main folder as an exception in your antivirus program.

I guess you are using Windows Defender. If you are using a different antivirus program, I can find another guide for you.

I believe that instead of spending hours of trying to find this problem, it may be worth to just reinstall lspdfr?

every time it crashes I move around and type "ReloadAllPlugins"

This is really strange as it seems to be the same issue. I'm really confused and all I can suggest is you do a fresh install of LSPDFR and remove all your plugins incase they are interfering.
