It seems to be crashing before loading plugins, do you have addon dlc packs installed? If you do, do you have a custom gameconfig?

i have an lspd addon pack in im not sure about a gameconfig

 

Install this and the files it says to download https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

still crashed

this is what im getting rn RagePluginHook_18092020_164229.log im not sure what is wrong with it

Right the thing is the game crashes before it loads the plugins, as @Mud said.

Have you installed this LSPD addon pack correctly?

yes i got it working for about 2 hours then back to crashing while

 loading in
