Tried everything, but my lights are still dim

i have installed radiance V and visual v and various other mods to try and fix my lights but i cant seem to image.thumb.png.707e1ee403892e2f28aa5717c0ca2c05.png. i have got my Post FX on ultra and my shader quality on very high. I have also tried youtube tutorials but i cant seem to fix the issue. this is really bugging me.

    Are you installing into your mods folder?

    So if you install Radiance V into your mods folder and game folder it doesn't work at all? if you are using ELS install an alternate ELS.ini file and see if that works. Is this during the day only or at both day and night?

    So the couple of things you can try are:

    1. Install VisualV.
    2. Change the following lines in your visualsettings.dat (can be found in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data via OpenIV)
    car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on     1700.00
    car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on  1100.00
