The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If you've been banned, there is a high chance you won't even get into the forum.

It's more a problem with your PC / browser. Have you tried another browser before?

And which browser are you currently using?

    Hey thanks guys for getting back with me. So what I believe happened was I got blocked from LSPDFR webpage for a few hours and was able to get back in the site after some time. I know it had to do with IP address but I still have no idea what caused it. Again thanks for getting back to me.
