Stop lights not working

The stop lights in game are not showing. I havent noticed any others not working. Any ideas as to what is causing it? I am using ELS, Natural Vision Remastered, VisualV and better radiance.

Do they have no lights (i.e. dark) or are all the traffic lights just gone on the map?

This can happen when you use Shader and Better Radiance together...

 

Can you send me pls this file. I will edit it for you.
