The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

so on capture 29 remove those by the blue checkmarks. also it seems like your missing the d3d9.dll that is also needed to run the game. go to steam verify cache and see if it brings it back. if not ill just send you mine.

    I did a verify before. Also the reason they are there is because when i removed them & reshade it still didnt work...

    Also i verified the game files before so ehh the verify doesnt bring it back

    oh ok well i think the d3d9 file will fix it, its best you get rid of those reshade files. try that first, everything associated with the enb or reshade has to go.

    I did that beforehand and it didnt help. I need a d3d9 file as Steam Verify does not give it.

    ok remove the pov file as well try that first. the only thing left i can suggest is to backup the mods folder your lspdfr files and just reinstall the directory with verify integrity of game cache.

    I verified the integrity in the morning (after it stopped working) and it said all files are valid and changed nothing...

    Verifying again ig....

    Had to set the heap i give GTAV in HeapAdjusterINI's ini file from 4000 to 1500 - works like a charm!
