For example the Max Payne 3 glock, which I installed into patchday3ng, as it specified, isn't showing up in game. Neither is the taser X26 I installed and an M4 Rifle. Please help! I installed it into the mods folder with OpenIV and I don't know what I have done wrong?

Yep needs to go into Patchday8ng instead.

Like this  Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday8ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\weapons.rpf

The modder of the Max Payne Glock mod was only going on information that he had when he made the mod and that was 5 years ago.
