I need some help,

 

I downloaded the new lspdfr and ragepluginhook from the website but whenever I try to run lspdfr, it keeps crashing saying:

I don't know what to do. Can someone please help? I've changed the plugin timeout to 60000 and none of my files are read only. I have 20 GB of space remaining on my computer. I don't know why its doing this. Attached is my full log.
