but when i come in police and go on duty - have a crash! What i mast to do? (sorry for bad english)

    Take that folder that is inside your plugins folder called LSPDFR and rename it to something like LSPDFR-Copy.   Now try.  If it works, it has something to do with one of your plugins.  However, that open interiors is inside your main game directory.  You could try and take that out as well and see if your game runs.  This is just a simple way to diagnose.
