I've followed the video, I have a 1.0.7.0 GTA install, with Aru's scripthook .51, the newest version I could find. I have the .net frameworks and the C++ package installed. I've got the mod scripts in the right place, and I'm running launchgtaiv directly, rather than through steam. I still can't launch the mod, when I press ALT + P, It just removes the definition from stuff. What else am I missing?

Also, this might be good to ask, does the game need to be run as an admin in Windows 7 for it to work?

-.- you can either head to issues download the diagnostic tool, run it, then find out wtf is wrong, then you can head to the same forum and look at common issues, then you can read and see what you are needing/missing or you can watch the install video i made in this forum

I've done everything but run the diagnostic tool, I'll try that when I can get to the computer that has the game.

I've just run the diagnostic tool, and the only problems are that it says I don't have a valid asi loader, which I do, I have xlive, and that the C++ scripthook is out of date. I have .5.1, the newest one.

google scripthookdotnet. Download it from GTA forums....take both the dll and the asi and drop it in

as for the asi loader....try the newest version of Xlive 0.999B7

Okay, I got it to work, I had some errors, but I disabled the hotkeys from the native trainer and it was all good. Thanks for all your help, and I can't wait for .90e.
