I was checking some citizens ID's and some of them has no photo, so I take one of their face and it sent it to the database... everything OK. But when I perform 2 or 3 photos... all times gave me "There was an error recieving the photo" ... in all new citizens without photo. Is this a bug?

 

Another weird thig... a car passed at high speed not respecting the red light and with his red mark on map. I started the pursuit, he stopped (blocked behind a truck) and left the car with hands up... But I cant continue from that point, holding E do nothing, so I need to call another patrol for arrest him... is this normal?

Few things.

The ID thing are you referring to maybe LSPDFR Computer+ ?  Sometimes that does happen.  That is a known issue.

The other thing sounded like an ambient event that occurs with LSPDFR.  Next time try this.  Hold down the B Key for about 2-3 seconds.  It will activate a pursuit.  It might change the behavior of the ped.  However, it might be just a bit glitchy.  It happens to me as well on occasion.

Excuse me for the delay hehe. Negative! I refer the basic LSPDFR. Sorry for my english. For example, when you hold E for stop a ped, aproach to him, press E for ask for the ID, then you can press M and access to Radio for to check his/her name and sometimes, citizens have no photo iin the database. Then you can take one with your mobile, but after some photos from diferent peds without photo in the ID, looks like the database stop working and dont even show a photo when you ask for hi/her ID.

 

About the pursuit, still the same... only when is a Dispatch pursuit call works correctly, those cases when the mini map flashing and then appear a red dot, I always need to call reinforcements for the arrest. Once I stop him/her, he/she leave the car correctly with hands up, but nothing more to do, only other reinforcements can finish the arrest (drop to ground and handcuff him/her. 

 

OH! I forgot to mention, in these weird pursuits, even the reinforcements, after handcuff the subject, start to move to his police car, but just 1 step moving, the police stop pushing him, then grab his arm again, another small step and stop... xDDD
