Well, my problems with LSPDFR still coming.

Some cars in my game has THIS on their black elements. In this durango the interior is very weird but for example in other Crown Vic the pushbar is the same weird matte color. WTF is this? What is it caused by?

My diffuse tint in these vehicles is set to none.

Am I right in saying that you have installed some custom cars? I am pretty sure that what has happened is that you addon car like most came with 3 files. 2 yft files and 1 ytd file. When you have replaced these files with the vanilla ones you haven't realised that ingame original actually have 2 ytd files. These ytd files are texture files which seems to be your problem and as a result of your incorrect installation you are left with your addon car with some vanilla textures. 

 

So please go to open IV and make sure that your addon vehicles are installed correctly and no vanilla (ytd texture files) are left. Lets say you replaced POLICE. You would delete ALL your police files and then reinstall your car with its 3 files which would then not have messed up textures.

I installed many custom vehicles but only the Durango and Crown Vic have so broken elements like listed before. I am using Albo1125 modding DLC so my vehicles textures are put into "modding" folder not latest patchday. Thats why I do not have option to replace the vanila ones textures.

I see. Well if your other vehicles work correctly then it may be a file issue in which case get in touch with the creators. If you would like you can try putting it into the latest patchday and see if it makes a difference.
