hallo

ii start up gta 4 and push alt+p and i can choose police man and car..but gamestory just goes on and i must drive bellic and so on..then after 2-3min the game crash

You must complete the first mission and save the game and THEN activate the mod otherwise you will be stuck near the driving path.

Make sure you drive Roman to his "palace" first and then save, you can then launch the mod. (Once you saved, you can run the mod when you load it) MAKE SURE NOT TO SAVE YOUR GAME WHILE ON DUTY (LCPDFR)
