I have recently installed : 

 a uniforms set however it is only coming up on the ai cops and not me. I'm really confused and tried using the EUP Menu, wardrobe something that was suggested in one of the comments but this hasn't worked. Help!

This is a Ped model not a EUP uniform you can spawn it in using a trainer to spawn m_y_cop and you should have it.

Thanks! I do have another uniform issue. I recently downloaded : 

but I have an issue with one of the uniforms. What happens is that the NPC's wear the accessory vest (As seen in the picture) and a high vis vest at the same time. I rooted down the problem to them both being labelled 000 (Basically the same slot.) in the files but I'm not sure how to change it so that I can call it 001 for example.
