LCPDFR July2020 crashing.

I got GTA 4 complete edition a couple of days ago with the full intention to add lcpdfr mod. I have managed to install it to the game and it loads properly when I click alt + P. The problems start when i either enter a vehicle to drive to the station or when i enter the station the game will crash. The pop up says it has nothing to do with lcpdfr but the game doesn't crash when i play it modless. I really want to play lcpdfr because I loved lspdfr but i wanted to play GTA V online. I cannot be asked to uninstall and reinstall GTA 4 every time I mess up installing this mod.
