Hello,

First, update RPH. You are running on an outdated version. Also make sure that your GTA 5 folder is added to the exceptions list in your anti-virus.

Thanks! 🙂

Did you add the GTA 5 folder to the exceptions in your anti-virus?

Hello,

Go into your CommandLine.txt (which is in your Main Directory) and then remove everything. Then add the line -windowed and then save and exit.

Thanks! 🙂

Okay,

So what you want to do is redownload LSPDFR and RPH. Then follow the steps in the exact order:

LSPDFR:
1. Create a folder on your desktop and name it LSPDFR.
2. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just created.
3. For every file, right click and select Properties. Then check the box next to Unblock and then press Apply.
4. Add the files to your Main Directory except the Licenses folder.

RPH
1. Create a folder on your desktop and name it RPH.
2. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just created.
3. For every file, right click and select Properties. Then check the box next to Unblock and then press Apply.
4. Add the files to your Main Directory except the SDK and Licenses folder.

Hope This Helps! 🙂
