I recently installed LSPDFR along with mods and plugins. I now have only Stop The Ped (for plugins) installed, along with the other mods. Everything runs pretty decent up until about 40 min maximum. When there's a ton of callouts and shootings and what-not going on it's about 15-30 min.

Hello,

 

If you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and try playing again. Please note, this will disable all custom vehicles, so dont panic if you cant use them. We are just testing to see if it is something in your mods folder.

I removed WOV i think that was causing it. But for now the game is running smoother and longer!!

Yeah, I heard that WOV was giving people loads of issues.
