have checked local files 3 times but it just wont load

If you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and try launching GTA 5 without RPH.

should you always use openIV to mod game with mods like that as I copied and pasted

To access certain files, yes. You need OpenIV to get into rpf's and the like.

thats how I usually do it dont know why I did different, seems as if I do something like add the skoda octavia Air abulance car, cant seem to add as medic

Could you rephrase that? Im not sure I understand.

Added the hems skoda that i want to use as a medic on ultimate backup cant seem to see where i change it

I wanna say that is the region.xml....

The medic usually turns up in a yellow fbi2 car tried putting skoda instead of fbi2 and it dont change have i got to add in carvariations?

So. Inside your agency.xml...you will see a section called Los Santos Fire Department (EMS). Inside there should be a section <Vehicles>. Now...if I am right...you will copy the whole section in the screenshot I post below and paste it right underneath the line: </Loadout>. Then just edit the line: <Vehicle livery="2">ambulance</Vehicle> to be whatever the vehicle name is.

It will add it to the backup spawn list I believe. You keep the original one and just add the new one.
