The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey there I can't install LSPDFR into GTA5 as I watched a YouTube video and followed the instructions and when I clicked the RPH file it just said loading game for ages. Please help!

    Try launching GTA 5 first and then when the lights and sirens come on, tab out and launch RPH. Also, how far have you gotten in GTA 5?
