Els siren and horn bug

Hi, today i got a problem with the els, basically when i am in code 3 and i put the siren on..i love to interrupt the siren with the horn (so Y or E key) but now when i put siren on and i press for the horn....siren continue and the horn plays...but the siren should stop when i press the horn key and restart when im not pressing the key...

Can anyone give me some help?

p.s : These days i'm downloading real cars on my gta (using replace) but i don't think its because of that

VCF of what? Can u give me the file path to see that VCF?
