how do i remove the pull over plugin thing? idk what its called and im new to all this. but when i pull a car over all my menus pop up when i try to get there licence and if i click something my game crashes cause it clicks them all.

You'll need to read the manual for the mods you've installed. The mod here is Stop the ped and another which is conflicting. 

Looks like Stop the Ped and the vanilla LSPDR menu. Each plugin/mod you download has a configuration file located in plugins/LSPDFR folder in your GTAV directory. Just edit the controls in those files so they don't conflict with each other. The issue is being caused by both mods using the same key to open the menu.
