ws

remove callout manager

also remove better ems, police tape, CScenarioPoint-Patch.asi and spotlight because in the rage log file I seem to see it written that the plugin dll files that I have listed do not exist

try to reinstall better ems, police tape, CScenarioPoint-Patch.asi and spotlight.
