Hey can someone help me

I actually just downloaded callouts+ (Or callout plus)  for my GTA IV lcpdfr and it was working perfectly until all of a sudden when i got into a car, the car just starts driving on its own and i can't even exit the vehicle or control it all i can do is to just turn on the headlights and blow the horn and then after a few minutes while i was trying to get out of the car ,my lcpdfr crashed telling me to check the log file i checked it but i don't understand a thing can someone please help? Anyone?!
