Also Im looking for some really good looking vechicle packs! I want city police to look different from the sheriff so please leave me some suggestions on a lspd and a bcso pack thanks!

All Bejoijo plugins from his site. Hands down the best plugins for LSPDFR. Stop The Ped alone has a TON of features.

Albos mods (Traffic Policer, LSPDFR +, Assorted Callouts), are great and work but are old and cause FPS loss.

Richs Police Enhancement and his new Scene Manager are great too.

I recommend going through the Plugins tab are checking mods out since there are many!

As Matt said above all Bejoijo's pluggins are amazing and add a lot to LSPDFR id skip on Traffic policer and LSPDFR since Bejoijo's pluggins do alot of the same things but better.
Id recommend Grammar police, Realistic dispatch (Sound mods like weapons add a great experience) and some of Ojdoesit pluggins like heli assistance are good aswell
