Basically what I trying to ask is , how does a warrant works in LSPDFR 

 

 

I was conducting some ID check on some pedestrian on the streets and some ID checks on some random ped have the arrest warrant outstanding (in red )

 

Is it randomly ? Or is it already fixed and editedin LSPDFR system on which ped name have outstanding warrants ... 

 

Can we edit it ?? 

I use compulite, and in Charges.xml file everything with can_be_warrant="false" won't have outstanding warrants. All the charges without that line can be randomly generated to have a warrant I believe.

Actually what I mean is how does lspdfr generate a wanted or outstanding warrant on the pedestrian ??? Is it randomly ? Or it already make by lspdfr on which peds name /personis wanted ?

 

Or is it every plugin have their own "wanted" or outstanding warrant on different peds name ?

"Wanted" flag is present on each ped's persona provided by LSPDFR API. The value itself can be set through API, otherwise it is randomized by LSPDFR.
