Delete AssortedCallouts.

Update your LSPDFR to 0.4.7. You have 0.4.6.

What version of GTA are you using? Have you updated recently?

 

GTA version is 1.0.1868.1 which I updated on 1-18-20. Do you think throbs the issue? 

Game version is the newest, its fine.

Looks like an issue with ambient spawn.

 

Add the follwing in lspdfr.ini:

 

Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

Main.PreloadAllModels = false

WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0.0f 

Ambient.DisableAmbientGameCopSpawnBlock = true

AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true

PoliceStation.DisableAmbientSpawn = true
