The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

DIsable your ambient events that come from lpsdfr. Disable them from the lspdfr.ini file (into the lspdfr folder)

Yeah Ive had those on since before the error happened. Ive seen articles that it could be a car mod but those were from 6-10 years ago and in GTA IV.
